Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your AMIRO device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and charging cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
